Being an eco campsite we have lovely composting and flushing toilets and LPG powered hot showers. We have made sure they are as comfortable as possible with plenty of space for family use.

There is an area with hot water for washing up. Washing liquid provided. Sadly we have no clothes washing facilities on site.

A communal fridge and freezer is available for you to freeze your icepacks and keep food items cold in hot weather.

There is no wifi in the campsites and limited charging stations for phones.

In the Kitchen Garden Restaurant there is limited wifi available for use.

The farm and Kitchen Garden is a magical place for kids to explore, we ask that children are supervised at all times within the kitchen garden. Baby equipment is available to borrow onsite including highchairs, baby baths, potty’s and more. A baby bottle service is in place to sterilise bottle each night.

As an eco campsite we have no electric hookups. You can find charging points in the Barn if you need to charge your phones etc..

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests campfires and Bbq's are only allowed in the designated areas on each pitch. BBQ’s are available for hire on site. Wood, coal and fire lighting gear are available for purchase on site. DISPOSABLE BBQ’S ARE NOT ALLOWED.

As an eco campsite this is very important to us and we ask you to follow all guidelines on site. Please where ever possible limit the amount of general waste and use the recycling bins provided. We collect- paper, card, plastics, bottles, tin and food waste. We appreciate your help in advance in limiting our waste and impact on the environment.

We are members only sites- day guests are only allowed at the discretion of the onsite team and subject to an additional charge.

The campsite and huts are dog free. Dogs are welcome on a lead in the Kitchen Garden and on the terrace if you are visiting us for a meal or drinks.

The Kitchen Garden is a Bert's Camping club only site. If you are not already a member, please select the annual membership fee from the extras menu. This is free.

In order to comply with countryside planning policy we operate as a Bert's Camping Club- only campsite. When you book your holiday with us you will be enrolled as a Member of the club. goes here
